Inquiries and availability
Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee availability. Dates are confirmed only after we confirm availability and you receive a written confirmation from Aura Events.

Reservation fee (if offered)
If you are given the option to pay a reservation fee (example: $300), this fee is used to reserve your requested date/time window while we finalize details.

Important: A reservation fee does not automatically mean your event is fully booked until you receive written confirmation from Aura Events.

Applying the reservation fee
If stated at the time of payment, the reservation fee may be applied toward your total package price. Any remaining balance is due according to the invoice/contract terms provided to you.

Refund policy (choose ONE version and use it consistently)
Version A (lowest chargeback risk, recommended):
  • Reservation fees are refundable within 24 hours of payment, provided the date has not yet been confirmed in writing by Aura Events.
Version B (stricter):
  • Reservation fees are non-refundable once the date is confirmed in writing by Aura Events.

(Do not publish both. Pick one.)

Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling depends on availability and may require a new reservation fee if the original date cannot be rebooked.

Payments and processing
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). Your payment information is handled by the processor and not stored by Aura Events.
